CEILING
FAN DESIGNERS.com respects your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or
disseminate your information in any way to anyone. Period. Your email
address is used only for the purposes of order confirmation and
notification (along with tracking information) that your order has
shipped, unless of course you choose to join our specials email list
which will periodically notify you of new products and unannounced
specials (no third party solicitations, ever).
Order
Security
We use
Authorize.Net's state-of-the-art security software to ensure strict
adherence to the highest online transaction security standards so you
can be confident that shopping with us is 100% safe. Your orders are
also encrypted during transmission using SSL technology so you can be
doubly sure that your personal information is safe and secure.
Please
note: The "locked key" symbol in your internet browser will
only come on once you've added an item to your shopping cart, which
is secure and encrypted. The product pages are for viewing only; as
such they do not need to be encrypted.

Please
be sure to set the "Cookie" option in your browser
preference to "ON"; otherwise you will not be able to add
items to your shopping cart.
SHIPPING
CEILING
FAN DESIGNERS products are shipped UPS ground domestic (5-7 days) and
USPS Priority Mail International (10-14 days).
RETURNS
Throughout
our 5 years of business, we've made customer service our top
priority. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return an
item within 30 days from the purchase date.
Please
note that all return items must be in new, unused, or unworn
condition. Items that don't meet these conditions will be returned to
purchaser at his or her expense and no refund will be issued.

CEILING FAN DESIGNERS will not bill you for an item until it is
shipped.
When
you place an order with CEILING FAN DESIGNERS, we will estimate
shipping for you based on the shipping options you choose. Shipping
costs will depend on the shipping method you choose, the shipping
address and the weight of the product you purchased. Delivery may
take 2 to 3 weeks depending on our volume at the time of your order
and the in-stock availability of your items.
You may
return new, unused items sold and fulfilled by CEILING FAN DESIGNERS
within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. You must keep the
original box and ship the item back to us. If the item is damaged,
defective or, if due to CEILING FAN DESIGNERS' error, the item is
not the item you ordered, then you can ship the item back to us at
our expense. To obtain a prepaid return shipping label, contact us
by e-mail at ceilingfandesigners@cfl.rr.com.
Prepaid shipping labels may only be used within the United States.
Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments
from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the
correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate
mailing label.
